Welcome!

Your instructors at the Texas Auction Academy auction school are successful auctioneers, business leaders, and professionals who are ready, willing and able to give of their time and talents to make your stay in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex possibly the most important of your life.

Known as an International Trade Center, the Dallas/Ft. Worth area is truly a classic location for your course study to become an auctioneer. The Texas Auction Academy auction school is just 15 to 20 minutes from the Dallas/Ft. Worth International and Dallas Love Field Airports. In addition, we are just minutes from downtown Dallas, American Airlines Center, Mesquite Champion Rodeo Arena, Six Flags, the Ball Park at Arlington, Bill Bob's Texas, the Texas Motor Speedway and the historic Fort Worth stockyards. Southern hospitality abounds in North Texas! The weekend auction pages of the area newspapers have numerous auction advertisements making this area the "New Frontier of Auctioneering". And because of our central location, a typical class will have students from as far away as California, Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Maryland, the Carolinas and Florida.

Graduate Testimonials

Last night my mom and I called our first benefit auction for the Immaculate Conception Church in Albuquerque. It was a lot of fun, a lot of work and very rewarding. It put into action what we learned at the Texas Auction Academy. One down and many more to go...special thanks to Mike Jones, Montie Davis, Brent Graves, Doak Lambert, Brad H. Wooley, Shawn Terrel and all the other instructors at the academy for helping us!
Matthew Clark, November 2012 Graduate

I have been to a lot of training classes over the years but this one ranks right at the top. For anyone going into the real estate auction business, this school is a must, the total package for the new auctioneer. It not only teaches you about real estate auctions but opens your eyes to the entire auction world.
Dennis Nissen, Emmett, ID

“I have been thru schools in many different industries and have never been treated the way I was the last ten days. In the times we live, most people are only interested in what personally benefits them, even people in the business of educating others. That was not the case I found at the Texas Auction Academy. Every person involved with your program is very kind, warm, and what I felt to be true of heart. The single biggest impressive factor was that every instructor I encountered seemed to care about the future of mine and every other individual’s future in this business. That is something I have never seen before. Other than the rodeo industry I have never met people who will offer there time and knowledge to help someone who is in fact competing against you. In my opinion that has be one of the strongest testaments to what you have created. It takes a special breed of people to give that kind of gift. Of all the educational programs I have been acquainted with, this course is at the lead of all others when it comes down to leaving class and feeling like I could enter right into the business. I don’t think I could ever put into words how much you folks have helped me.”
Shawn D. Saunders, Shamrock, TX
